REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to have the best shopping experience here at Mystic Living.
If for any reason you change your mind or you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an exchange of products or offer a store credit (other than clearance or sale items ), We do not offer Refunds for change of heart so please choose carefully, for an online store credit subject to the following conditions:
- Your product must be returned within 28 days of purchase and include a copy of your online receipt/invoice as proof of purchase from our online store
- You must provide your name, address and contact telephone number
- The returned product must not be a clearance or sale item
- The returned product must exactly in the same condition with no signs of wear and tear or tampering.
- If a refund is required of the purchase price (excluding the actual cost charged to Mystic Living for delivery by Australia Post or our courier company) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned product back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. You are responsible for any and all costs associated with returning the products to us.
Postage costs can only be refunded on damage products that have been purchased separately. Postage will not be refunded if there are other products listed on the invoice when a damaged product is returned.
